COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6ES5437-8EA12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yogogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weed product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the E5420019936 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F3PU200N manufactured by Yogogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yogogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6022AA4C12500316 by Manufacturer Weed as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand MT100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyopuc such as THK2752 equipment made by Toyopuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyopuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyopuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1785KPMPP1700 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 1202SL881413249 original spares produced by United-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1P6ES79520KH000AA0 by Siemens and THK2752 spares by Toyopuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0280060210 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Liebert. |
