COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6EP6001-3AB02_MADE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wenglor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Temperature parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vishay product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wenglor such as the FIS08500115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P13550FL1USU manufactured by Temperature and we are pleased to be able to service most Temperature systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLHKIS2 by Manufacturer Vishay as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yokogawa Brand ZR22G100SCETQEAAV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Veeder-root such as 651810220 equipment made by Veeder-root have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veeder-root products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veeder-root" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L790 made by Takex as well as the popular 8092BM6AT840 original spares produced by Viatran Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AA349020 by Syron and 651810220 spares by Veeder-root are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TK392 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tensitron. |
