COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV7422-2AD03-0AS0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Xycom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A02B0120C061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 920187402 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 91482002MODEL4100KB1 by Manufacturer Xycom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6FC32511ACZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as 82100041RA equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A07B03000208 made by Fanuc as well as the popular 77256M12S004 original spares produced by Vorne Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 920188001 by Cutler-Hammer and 82100041RA spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7200220D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mafelec. |
