COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV6648-0BE11-3AX0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Berghoff product line-up. Due to increased demand we now feature Dc1005mkmp266b by Manufacturer Berghoff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6AV66470AJ113AX0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Texas-Instruments such as 6MT31 equipment made by Texas-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Texas-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Texas-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMJV01ADE6ESGDVR90A01B made by Yaskawa as well as the popular ST401AG4124V original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGDV200A01A by Yaskawa and 6MT31 spares by Texas-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NT21ST121E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
