COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV6645-0DD01-0AX1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lxe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Great-Lakes-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Accu-sort product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lxe such as the 2280 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 692M4G1003D1 manufactured by Great-Lakes-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Great-Lakes-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2355 by Manufacturer Accu-sort as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quartech Brand 9900ACAB3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pertron such as 1201230 equipment made by Pertron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pertron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pertron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6FC34783EF20 made by Siemens as well as the popular IMDS001 original spares produced by Bailey Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 634744 by Toolex-Alpha and 1201230 spares by Pertron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 357576vib12cuib12c Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
