COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV6644-0AC01-2AX0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ross-Hill products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ross-Hill such as the 71747445 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7600C manufactured by Cutler-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SN21321DH111BA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6FX11205AA00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quindar-Electronics such as 6CPP4 equipment made by Quindar-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quindar-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quindar-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6SL31201TE218AA1 made by Siemens as well as the popular 6DD16110AE0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7486D71G02 by Ge and 6CPP4 spares by Quindar-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES74142XJ010AB0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
