COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV6640-0CA11-0AX1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the IC503678310100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A20B29000380 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APG3500L1D24 by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PT6C20D82711PT6C20D8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fagor such as 8055 equipment made by Fagor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fagor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fagor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MF900T made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 6SE70900XX843DB1 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT31CST143EV3 by Omron and 8055 spares by Fagor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT6100IV5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weinview. |
