COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV6 371-1DG07-0AX0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fagor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711PK10C4D9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8055i8055iAM manufactured by Fagor and we are pleased to be able to service most Fagor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6GK15023CB10 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGM7G55AFC61SGD7S470A00A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as TP27010 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT2308VTBA made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular V806iTD original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AV21241QC020AX0 by Siemens and TP27010 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M34AFA60X01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crt-Solutions. |
