COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV3607-1JC30-0AX1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick-Panel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick-Panel such as the CQPICTAE0000CQPICTAE0000A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSM80C250AA manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMGV09ADC61SGDV7R6A01A by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ndc-Mobicon Brand ACC70 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lucent such as TN776 equipment made by Lucent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lucent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lucent" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PN14179 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular APC3596T68 original spares produced by Aplex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMREX30 by Beijer and TN776 spares by Lucent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ECT160045 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Exor. |
