COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV35301RR22 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A02B0319C125T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES55218MA21 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9996D101A49102H20 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6FX11268AA006FX11188AC01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A02B0083C331 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6FX11302BA01 made by Siemens as well as the popular A02B0311B500 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6FC52030AD101AA0 by Siemens and A02B0083C331 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 97P750059F20DUEMicroPC96 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas. |
