COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 6AV35151MA01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Crt-Solutions products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yokogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Crt-Solutions such as the M34EDC13X37 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSXSCP114 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EB50113 by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand CJ1WSCU31V1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pro-face such as AGP3500S1D2 equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6AV66470AD113AX0 made by Siemens as well as the popular F940GOTBWDC original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP570BG1124V by Proface and AGP3500S1D2 spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMIGTO1310 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
