COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 3UA6800-3F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sigma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teledyne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma such as the 11SLV65 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GV100004V00 manufactured by Teledyne and we are pleased to be able to service most Teledyne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QBCA1BR943 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tempo Brand 92317 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watt-Stopper such as LP8 equipment made by Watt-Stopper have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watt-Stopper products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watt-Stopper" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9050B01EV03 made by Square-D as well as the popular 6ES73411CH020AE06ES73411CH020AE0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3TK28050AG2 by Siemens and LP8 spares by Watt-Stopper are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9065SDO15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
