COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 3TK2827-2BB41 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stahl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tiese product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the A1373D02G34MORA1MAE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90015128011014 manufactured by Stahl and we are pleased to be able to service most Stahl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RSNAGE by Manufacturer Tiese as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sigma Brand 22RJCC5000GSIL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Willmar such as 25016X equipment made by Willmar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Willmar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Willmar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3TK28100BA01 made by Siemens as well as the popular 5R010000SSPAL original spares produced by Sigma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M2343D by Skinner-Valve and 25016X spares by Willmar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 501609 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
