COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 3RT1065-6AF36 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 40106460010731 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C30CNM120A02A0 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 509COD by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 8903LXG40V02R6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 6GNT6 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C30CNE20A0 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular A201K5CAZ1 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC2800Y101A3D600V150AMPW115120VCOILDC by Ge and 6GNT6 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR463M90NJA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
