COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 3RG78424-DM01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kato parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6AV76611AA102BS0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5110111125 manufactured by Kato and we are pleased to be able to service most Kato systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4006L6500AAG001 by Manufacturer Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 6200076 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Furnas such as 3RW44366BC34 equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6AV76120AB120CH0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 4302B05H02 original spares produced by Mcquay Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AV40120AA100AB0 by Siemens and 3RW44366BC34 spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6180EJLEGFZZECZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
