COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 39ACM24BDN/16139-205 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the CDLQB50TF22DHX1805 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WK02 manufactured by Siko and we are pleased to be able to service most Siko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDLQB6350DCMBM9BAL by Manufacturer Smc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Skf Brand NU314ECP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Smc such as CDM2L2555ZM9PWL equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6S70386GL841BG2 made by Siemens as well as the popular 6E7334 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SJME by Sjme-04ama41 and CDM2L2555ZM9PWL spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDM2C40F757PWL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc. |
