COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 2CW5-155-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stearns products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc-Cyclo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stearns product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stearns such as the 596690433 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNHJS4100Y35 manufactured by Smc-Cyclo and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc-Cyclo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1080774103QG by Manufacturer Stearns as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stearns Brand 1087712B1QG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Smc-Cyclo such as CNH110Y35 equipment made by Smc-Cyclo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc-Cyclo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc-Cyclo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 29322E made by Skf as well as the popular PINR600 original spares produced by Societe-Canadienne-Overhead-Handling-Inc. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1242BSK by Tb-Woods and CNH110Y35 spares by Smc-Cyclo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MP062D02515CDB6N0S00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sipco-Technogear. |
