COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1P6SN1123-1AA00-0DA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ss-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ss-Technologies such as the 5136GHPC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6SE70213TB51Z manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GCG6V302A1 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VT130G12330BOH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130H1U2055B0 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WFC10010AHT made by T-B-Woods as well as the popular 6SM11061PB00 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130H2U4110 by Toshiba and VT130H1U2055B0 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8538SCA23V02CP51P52SX22Y74 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
