COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1LA9063-4UB22 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumer-S.a. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Skf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumer-S.a. such as the LD32LH1P14C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 402506 manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 62152RSJEM by Manufacturer Skf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Spicer Brand 5340X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as 3V562 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 532700100 made by Stearns as well as the popular CHH4170Y17 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10877620301 by Stearns and 3V562 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 99SS137500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smart-Seal. |
