COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1HU3076-0AC01-0ZZ9-Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matrix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 1FT30745AZ219ZN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FT3100 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1EB02808400211978 by Manufacturer Matrix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1FK60636AF711AA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 140DBSC equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1FT51020AF01Z made by Siemens as well as the popular 1326ABB3E11A5 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FK70835AF711FA0ZN05 by Siemens and 140DBSC spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
