COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1FT7042-5AF71-1FG1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gast product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 1FT51040AC1Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1317155420 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1AMNRV56GR11 by Manufacturer Gast as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1326ABB515GM2K5L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as 140130007 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 13000401 made by Leeson as well as the popular 1FK70635AF711EH0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FT50620AC010Z by Siemens and 140130007 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 142UMB300CACAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
