COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1FT6084-1AF71-1EH1-Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jordan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Peerless parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jordan such as the 11J30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 183180189 manufactured by Peerless and we are pleased to be able to service most Peerless systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FT50620AC012ZF by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1327ABAFL19E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intertia-Dynamics such as 18250011 equipment made by Intertia-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intertia-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intertia-Dynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 16037589 made by Gettys as well as the popular 1FT50740AF01Z original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16050760 by Siemens and 18250011 spares by Intertia-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 184THTL7776BE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
