COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1FT6031-4AK71-4EG1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4013420133 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 331X323AAG03 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 3RG78424AF00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Simplexgrinnell such as 41003107 equipment made by Simplexgrinnell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Simplexgrinnell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Simplexgrinnell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 37479508 made by Videojet as well as the popular 2711PT10C4D82711PRP8D2711PRDT10C original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3S7932MD244G2 by Ge and 41003107 spares by Simplexgrinnell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
