COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1FK7080-5AF71-ITU5-Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gefeg-neckar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 151130 manufactured by Gefeg-neckar and we are pleased to be able to service most Gefeg-neckar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FT50621AF714EA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 12C61W114 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 1FT50730AF011Z equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 122249 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 1208056C20 original spares produced by Nord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FK61008A911ZZ9ZS49 by Kuka and 1FT50730AF011Z spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1326ASB420G21A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
