COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1FK7060-5AF71-1TA2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bikon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ametek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the 093A0LS4C110B1WI524LVS005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1015120165 manufactured by Bikon and we are pleased to be able to service most Bikon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 115814F1213231 by Manufacturer Ametek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand 102000RPMA06B0501B2017073 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as 182TTTS6026 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1326ABA2E21A4 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 120087306 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 193EC3HG by Allen-Bradley and 182TTTS6026 spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1326ASB420G21K4A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
