COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1FK7044-7AH71-1SH3-Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Synchro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sperry-Magnaclutch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Synchro such as the 11BHW40EF447 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 142DSD200CAAAA manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 100MC90B20 by Manufacturer Sperry-Magnaclutch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro Brand 100SDIFFS66SM12N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beck such as 13224505 equipment made by Beck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beck" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1FK60836AZ219ZZ90Z made by Siemens as well as the popular 198938T03 original spares produced by Spd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1225240 by Hamilton-Sundstrand and 13224505 spares by Beck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1200117011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould. |
