COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1FK7044-7AF71-1FB3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eupec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the 182TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1HU50400AF02Z manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1357311C7 by Manufacturer Eupec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Alpha Brand 120M015111000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 163569D1326ASB310H21 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 090B0JD1B110A0I01250S001 made by Indramat as well as the popular 10908524B0105 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 19203402503 by Schneider and 163569D1326ASB310H21 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1811802980 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Porter. |
