COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 1FK7042-5AF71-1EH0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out World-Wide parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1326ABB3E11A5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15018445T manufactured by World-Wide and we are pleased to be able to service most World-Wide systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 090A0ZD3C110A0S01 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Swedrive Brand 11034110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Peerless such as 183180220 equipment made by Peerless have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Peerless products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Peerless" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 107SM20 made by Dorris as well as the popular 108705100GLF original spares produced by Stearns Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1310253720 by Ge and 183180220 spares by Peerless are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1AMNRV39C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gast. |
