COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens 132-4HB01-0AB0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Signet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMAS01A2AYR11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C04T8LPG13E manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 39030111 by Manufacturer Signet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has West Brand Gultan in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yogogawa such as PS71A equipment made by Yogogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yogogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yogogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MKDL160021 made by Uniop as well as the popular SGDS04A12A original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 103SSBTDJ2DC16CKYSPTE by Allen-Bradley and PS71A spares by Yogogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AVT931 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advanced-Vehicle-Technolgies. |
