COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siebe CP-8191-456 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the W3016NH00AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WC100 manufactured by Thermal and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VX5A661C10N4 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Berger-Lahr Brand VRDM59750LWC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as W826518900 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASD20AC made by Vexta as well as the popular CIMRV7NU40P2 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WF30DT71D4 by Sew and W826518900 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SE70212EP870FB1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
