COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick XC40S-0303A0A00BA0/XC40E-0303A0A0CBA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spectra-physics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the SITRANSAS100ST spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 74010 manufactured by Spectra-physics and we are pleased to be able to service most Spectra-physics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA725090000001 by Manufacturer Smc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc Brand DF7BWV61 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sti such as 426720240 equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XC40S0903A0A00B made by Sick as well as the popular LUT130 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SRM50HWV0K01 by Sick and 426720240 spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS521000A01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
