COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick WTD20E-V2414 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Summit products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tecsis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Summit such as the 57321120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OS312PN manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F53011450006 by Manufacturer Tecsis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Transducers Brand TD390536HW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Viatran such as 5715BH6X2960 equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3550 made by Rpm as well as the popular PS62UXEAM2HKNXX original spares produced by Vega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S25S15V6N8ZC by Solid and 5715BH6X2960 spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 701171042 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
