COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick WT12L-2BA01T01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Speed-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Monitor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Speed-Control such as the ETR10S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N400 manufactured by Monitor and we are pleased to be able to service most Monitor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NI60K90SRFZ3X2WPG135 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smart Brand S75505W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warrick such as 3E1C equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TSXFPP10 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular XC40E1203A0A0CBA0 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 711K1 by Sor and 3E1C spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GHS0260MD601L0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tempsonics. |
