COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick WT12L-20100S05 OR 1027584 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the LJB410 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6GF10182AA manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSE100AC by Manufacturer Smc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sigmasix Brand EPROIII10130E6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6FX80025CA411BF0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 500051128SL made by Smartscan as well as the popular GX1SS4k original spares produced by South-Ocean Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7ML56500AB000HA0Z by Siemens and 6FX80025CA411BF0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9422TEF10SERA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
