COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick S30A-7011EA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wavetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wavetek such as the 80320FrequencyRange0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS46301570Q1 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3RG60123AE01 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand ULS200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thomas such as SKWP4G equipment made by Thomas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thomas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thomas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 93268LCNSY20M made by Skf as well as the popular LPU500 original spares produced by Transducer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA42K by Tr and SKWP4G spares by Thomas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AP400B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
