COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick RE4000-RB3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teledyne product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the FT23P36 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MORA4MAE manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000TA by Manufacturer Teledyne as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sigma Brand 6HX4C25000SSIL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triconex such as 7400123310REVC equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TLR2A500 made by Fpe as well as the popular 8501XDO24V53 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRA4CMX100D10 by Crydom and 7400123310REVC spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3TF54220XM0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
