COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick NAV-200-1111 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Contec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inex-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Contec such as the PIO1616LPCV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R155407001REVC manufactured by Inex-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Inex-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NW0278000 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand PGA36120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nikki-Densko such as NPSTE equipment made by Nikki-Densko have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCE984785 made by Modicon as well as the popular RAX11 original spares produced by Nachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPD352305 by Siemens and NPSTE spares by Nikki-Densko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PMC20T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fluid-Power-Division.
