COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick MUX-400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Superior-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Litton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the NPL8316E36E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MX20002 manufactured by Superior-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Superior-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PWB40008301 by Manufacturer Litton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand PWB25991680001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Plaintree-Systems such as PTM700A equipment made by Plaintree-Systems have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NCGCM made by Rauland-Borg as well as the popular QPH2D100L2P original spares produced by Total-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC100AWSTF by Kuroda and PTM700A spares by Plaintree-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC344 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oregon.
