COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick MLGE1-01401812 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the P0960GC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PR231PWBK15494P4KLAM04005 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NCOM03 by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand P0926DF0B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MSK071D0300NNM1UG1NN04 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ND312WKA06U18Y04 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular MLL800 original spares produced by Piab Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PGGL0BL1701D1785T by Cutler-Hammer and MSK071D0300NNM1UG1NN04 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSNAE35142 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metasys. |
