COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick DME3000-111 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sunx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tippkember product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sunx such as the FTH13FM10T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC47LR20600X manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISD2P02412 by Manufacturer Tippkember as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand OF46501045 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6SX70050AC00 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BITEP24VTS1857 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular 65522 original spares produced by Transamerican

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA466300X by Sti and 6SX70050AC00 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GHS60080URB12R01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temposonics.
