COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick DME2000-000A01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaffner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leybold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Itd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaffner such as the FN3359HV40099 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DryvacSystemM100S manufactured by Leybold and we are pleased to be able to service most Leybold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMT2002R834 by Manufacturer Itd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Galil-Motion-Control Brand ESA1075HC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DS3800HMPK1J1H equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FHTA1AAA24 made by Fairchild as well as the popular DS3800HPIDIBIB original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET080B04PA000N00FMDH0275A by Cylinder-Division and DS3800HMPK1J1H spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EPU2300A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tokyo/seimitsu. |
