COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sick 1 015 252 / 7 022 834 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Span products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Span such as the SPT1003000RVMP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARS60F4A08192 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLC5052NLM by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smartscan Brand 51204APT2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stegmann such as 61114311500 equipment made by Stegmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stegmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stegmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OD2P30W04I0 made by Sick as well as the popular MHS250D original spares produced by Smc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1012858 by Sick and 61114311500 spares by Stegmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DY7P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc. |
