COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Shin-myung Helical Worm SMW 25 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick-Sliver-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Animatics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick-Sliver-Controls such as the SliverMaxNEMA34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMS15ASA manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMARTMOTOR by Manufacturer Animatics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sterling Brand SBY074MCA2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amci such as SMD23E130EM12P equipment made by Amci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMGH20DCAYG26 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SFA2002003010050 original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD3936 by Mj-Tooling and SMD23E130EM12P spares by Amci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMAH04A1FAP41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
