COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Shimpo VRALB25L000000000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CHHPS6195YR2291 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMC10 manufactured by Shinko and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P522SGD0500MT by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc-Cyclo Brand RATIO43 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Smc-Cyclo such as H310508H8 equipment made by Smc-Cyclo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc-Cyclo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc-Cyclo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6011NRJEM made by Skf as well as the popular 001613B1III original spares produced by Tandler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKB534262 by Taylor-Dynamometer and H310508H8 spares by Smc-Cyclo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6205ZJEM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf. |
