COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Shimpo 201-355HFTBH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mayr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fafnir parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Df product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mayr such as the 4123210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2MM220WICR manufactured by Fafnir and we are pleased to be able to service most Fafnir systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 37SDF6K142 by Manufacturer Df as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand 235HFN10B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Caratron such as 3040000652318 equipment made by Caratron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Caratron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Caratron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30E25M made by Cleveland as well as the popular 319M original spares produced by Mrc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2090Y1LS by Falk and 3040000652318 spares by Caratron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 245576RB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
