COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Shikoku SV38A2BHDP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mikron such as the 7815 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UT0100160RM10069 manufactured by Micron and we are pleased to be able to service most Micron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZA2203 by Manufacturer Rex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Md Brand 219506 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Controls such as 10000071 equipment made by Micro-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TVRFC8X made by Albany as well as the popular T160R12 original spares produced by Browning Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U075A904A53001 by Cone and 10000071 spares by Micro-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T3823 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thread-craft. |
