COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive VUF51DV160L4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittur parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the C202N0610MR142050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BKQ5S315SQ20D014 manufactured by Wittur and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittur systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSQB30A by Manufacturer Smc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc Brand MRHQ16D180SN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weber such as WUS2060903001104 equipment made by Weber have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weber products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weber" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XM265 made by True-Enduradrive as well as the popular XTIP54P56H4859R original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W0380060SSAA03BEGCJ by Cone-Drive-Operations and WUS2060903001104 spares by Weber are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SN11110AA000BA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
