COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive SDFT90L8/2BMG2HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flexaline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial-Devices product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carl such as the SR220L80S4BR03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T1325 manufactured by Flexaline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flexaline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 810032 by Manufacturer Industrial-Devices as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 104018 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Diamond such as XAP1233D10 equipment made by Diamond have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Diamond products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Diamond" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP180MX13171000 made by Alpha as well as the popular SR1400005A original spares produced by Rexnord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSV48323CEJUC by Cone and XAP1233D10 spares by Diamond are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 102997 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accuray. |
