COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive SAF57DT80N4BM61HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the TMQ2321 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TA6307H25 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TXT525CT by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexnord Brand SRA200537A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cone such as U075A904A53001 equipment made by Cone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cone" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TWF113A300AM1 made by Boston as well as the popular W815501500 original spares produced by Ohio Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WB82110R by Ironman and U075A904A53001 spares by Cone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex. |
