COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive RF97DT100L2BH64HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power such as the RNE31BN90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S67DT80N4BMG1HRKS manufactured by Sew-eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TXT315AT by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micron Brand UT0100160RM10069 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shimpo-nidec such as VRSF20B equipment made by Shimpo-nidec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shimpo-nidec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shimpo-nidec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VF86FC1 made by Bonfiglioli as well as the popular WUL311203 original spares produced by Ntn Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U34S2ACR by Unimount and VRSF20B spares by Shimpo-nidec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S87AM215M4A2728 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
